10 Songs Adam's Listening to This Week

1. Fresh Like Us by Chiddy Bang -- Off their first mixtape, "Air Swell," Xaphoon Jones (the duo's beat maker) uses a sample from French artist Yelle. The beat, coupled with one of Chiddy's better raps makes for a song worth listening to

2. Please Don't Go by Mike Posner -- Mike Posner released this song off his new album, which is set to release next week. If this song is a sign of how his album is going to be, I'm very excited

3. Trippin' by B.o.B -- Off the mixtape that put him on the map, "B.o.B. vs. Bobby Ray," B.o.B slows it down with Trippin'

4. Up All Night by Drake feat. Nicki Minaj -- Best song on Drake's new album, "Thank Me Later." Nicki Minaj's verse is actually very good and goes along nicely with Drake's hook

5. Somewhere In Brooklyn by Bruno Mars -- You may have heard of Bruno Mars after he was featured on both Travie Mccoy's Billionaire and B.o.B's Nothin'on You, but Bruno Mars can clearly hold his own, which he proves in this song

6. Watch My Shoes by Lil Wayne -- Off Lil Wayne's 2009 mixtape, "No Ceilings," I can't stop listening to this song even a year later

7. Embrace the Martian by Kid Cudi -- To go along with the mixtape theme, Embrace the Martian is off of Cudi's earliest mixtape, "A Kid Named Cudi." Easily one of Cudi's best songs so far

8. Pon de Floor by Major Lazer -- This may not be the most musically intact song, but Major Lazer's beat in this song is just awesome.

9. The Bmore Club Slam by Walé -- In order to get Baltimore's radio stations to play more of his music, Walé decided to make a song dedicated to the city. This song is off of his 2008 mixtape titled: "A Mixtape about Nothing." Whether you hate him or love him, Walé has incredible flow and a great Baltimore Dance Club sample to back him up

10. Shutterbugg by Big Boi -- Big Boi's new album "Sir Lucious Left Foot: The Son of Chico Dusty," is Big Boi's first solo album, which was released two years behind schedule. Even with the delay, Big Boi's latest work is very impressive, highlighted by Shutterbugg
